In the Illinois legal community, there are three services that rate lawyers based on legal ability and ethical standards. Lawyers are also reviewed by rating firms nationally. While these rating services employ somewhat different criteria for screening, each conducts lawyer surveys. This is called being "peer-reviewed."

Mr. Perrecone has been recognized as one of the leading attorneys in the country.

The rating services of Martindale-Hubbell, Super Lawyers and Leading Lawyers have screened Frank A. Perrecone over the years for his legal ability and ethical standards. He obtained the highest possible ratings from each service.

Martindale-Hubbell has awarded Mr. Perrecone the coveted "AV Preeminent" rating, which means lawyers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence with the highest ethical standards.

Super Lawyers, which screens lawyers in practice areas, has selected Mr. Perrecone for inclusion in the highly regarded " Super Lawyers" in his practice area of personal injury litigation. Only 5 percent of the total lawyers in the state of Illinois are selected as "Super Lawyers."

Leading Lawyers is likewise an organization that contacts thousands of Illinois lawyers, asking them who they believe are the top lawyers in the state. Mr. Perrecone was conferred "Leading Lawyer" status in personal injury-related practice areas.

Lawyers know which lawyers are the best in the state and nation and in what practice area. Mr. Perrecone has consistently been ranked at the top of his field over the years. That's why many of the cases Mr. Perrecone accepts are referrals from other lawyers.
