Nanette S. Mecklenburg
|
| Title: | Office Administrator |
| Bio: | Nanette
S. Mecklenburg was born in Rockford, graduated from Stillman Valley
High School and attended Rock Valley College. She is married and has
two elementary age boys. She enjoys spending time with her family, and
helping her boys with baseball and swimming. She was employed by an
insurance company where she got into the litigation field. For the next
13 years, she continued to work as a paralegal and office manager for a
litigation attorney, also performing most of the accounting functions
of the firm. After the attorney's retirement, Nanette worked as an
Assistant Office Manager in a general practice law firm. There, she
handled the records and general accounting matters, but her duties were
primarily managerial. She joined our firm in late 2005 as our office
administrator. She is responsible for payroll management, record
keeping, receiving and making payments, accounting functions, ordering
and maintaining all equipment and supplies, and handling all contacts
with vendors.
Nanette is competent and efficient. Her efficiency is bolstered by her
paralegal experience, which also makes her an important asset to the
other staff members. Her skills and efficiency enable us to concentrate
our efforts on our clients and their cases without having to overly
concern ourselves with "office administration," which we confidently
place in Nanette's hands. |
